Accreditations and Awards
Maric Homes was awarded LEED Canada for Homes GOLD Certification for 2015. This level of achievement is exceedingly rare in the residential field, as only a handful of private residences have been designated with LEED Gold; and perhaps none in Manitoba at this scale and size of custom home. This accomplishment is a testament to the rigorous nature of Maric Homes’ design/build process and attention to detail.

Maric Homes proudly holds the distinction of being the first Manitoba home builder in history to have won a Canadian Home Builders Association’s National SAM Award, the highest level of recognition and achievement a homebuilder can attain in Canada. Maric Homes remains the only Manitoba homebuilder nominated for the Grand SAM Award, and the only builder with nominations in any category for consecutive years, which now stands at three years in a row.

Maric Homes is also incredibly proud of our success at the provincial level, winning multiple awards every year for their larger-than-life dream homes and renovations.
